A major issue with this house when we bought it was the porch roof that was caving in. So much water damage cause many rotten pieces of wood causing the porch roof to cave in. I was honestly nervous that one day the porch would just fall off.
When we bought this house we noticed that there was an abnormally large amount of wasps. Taking down the boards of the porch roof we found THOUSANDS of all kinds of wasp nests.
